Takoma Park, MD - Washington Adventist University Athletics is proud to announce the 2025 Women's Soccer schedule, marking a new chapter under first-year head coach Pedro Enrique Power Melgar.

The Shock are set to open the season with a challenging non-conference slate before diving into Continental Athletic Conference play. The schedule features a mix of home and away contests across the DMV region and beyond, allowing the program to grow and showcase its talent throughout the fall.

Head Coach Pedro Power, who takes the helm for his first season with the program, is eager to lead the Shock into a year of growth, commitment, and competitive excellence.

"I'm excited for this new challenge and what lies ahead this season," said Coach Power. "The goal is to build a hardworking, committed team that competes every single day. I'm looking forward to seeing how much we can grow together and what we're capable of accomplishing as a group."

Highlights of the 2025 Schedule

• Season Opener: at Salem University on September 19
• Home Debut: vs Manor College on October 5 at WAU Turf Field
• Conference Clashes: at Fisher College on October 19
• Senior Day: vs Fisher College on October 26, honoring the contributions of the Shock's graduating class.
